Quandri Knowledge Hub
May 2025 Updates
We’ve been busy behind the scenes making both Connect and Requoting smarter, faster, and more reliable for advisors. From leveling up on how emails are customized and policies are prioritized, to continueing to remove roadblocks in the requoting process, these updates are all about creating smoother workflows and expanding what’s possible with automation. Read on to see what we've accomplished for you this past month.
Enhancements 🌟
REQUOTING
Create client profiles automatically in ARS
No profile? No problem. Quandri’s Requoting capability now automatically creates new client profiles in ARS, so missing profiles no longer block your requoting workflows. This means more of your book of business can be requoted—no need to skip clients due to limited data. Quandri goes a step further by proactively adding the missing profiles.
Enhanced Quoting Accuracy for Aviva Policies
We’ve added new Aviva zcodes to ensure that Water Coverage and Claims-Free Protection are accurately applied when requoting. This improvement helps ensure that brokers and clients receive precise quotes that fully reflect the intended coverage.
CONNECT

Filters That Stick
Have your go-to views that you want every time you view policies in Connect? Now, you can save your custom views – allowing you to work faster and smarter with views that match your workflows and priorities.
More flexibility, better emails
We’ve enhanced Connect’s email component to give you more control and creativity. With these updates, you can now easily edit and customize messages and provide more context clarity through enhanced formatting.
Improved client communication workflow
We've made it easier to move on after sending an email to a client. Once the email is sent, the window will now close automatically and return you to the main screen—removing extra clicks and helping you get to the next client email faster.
Enhancements 🔧
