            • What policy types are supported?

              At this time, Quandri requotes home and auto policies. These are the most common policy types & are often the driving factor when deciding to remarket an account.
              Unsupported policy types include: Condo, Tenants, Dwelling Fire, Inland Marine, Umbrella, and Marine policies.

            • How do package requotes work?

              Quandri automatically requotes both lines of business — whether packaged or not — even if they renew at different times or are with different carriers. This helps capture multi-policy discounts and better pricing opportunities.

            • How do we know quotes are accurate?

              Quotes are only as good as the data provided to them. We pull data directly from your AMS to reduce errors and ensure consistent inputs. For most carriers, final quotes are validated in the carrier portal, so you will have verified quotes in the portal upon completion.
              We only grab data from Epic. For items not present, we apply common defaults that can be verified in the carrier portal prior to binding. Examples include:

              • Education level: high school
              • Employment: generic “admin role”
              • Ownership of vehicle: look at prior policies to infer; otherwise, default to 5 years
              • DOB & DL#: these download into Epic and are critical inputs; without them, a quote may not return
            • What carriers do you requote with?

              Quandri requotes all 300+ carriers available within the Zywave rater. For finalization in carrier portals, we have prioritized a set of carriers and are expanding continuously. If you are concerned about specific carriers, let us know, and we can confirm.
               

              Additionally, we finalize quotes with the following carriers, with new carriers being added each month:

              Travelers
              Safeco
              Progressive
              Nationwide
              Auto-Owners

            • How do you handle MVR pulls?

              Quandri only order an MVR if the quote is among the top three most competitive options.

            • Does Quandri reassign or close activity notes?

              The activity remains open whether the requote is higher or lower, so agents can inform customers who were quoted and what the next-lowest premium is. Once requoted, the activity is reassigned to the CSR/agent for review. We do not currently close activities.
