As you work with Quandri, you will engage with different people on various teams. Below is a list of Quandri’s internal departments and the corresponding teams you may interact with.
Implementation
After you have purchased Quandri, you will connect with an Implementation Manager who will guide you on the onboarding of the product. A main focus of Quandri onboarding is to calibrate your capabilty to your team’s workflow and ensure the capabilty is working optimally before becoming a trusted tool for your team.
Customer Success
Once you are out of implementation, your Customer Success Manager will be your go-to connection to Quandri and act as your partner to ensure that Quandri is working optimally for your team. They will also work to help find ways that Quandri can further support your business.
Support
When experiencing any technical issues, the Support Team is your go-between the technical team. It is encouraged to send any bugs or capabilty functionality issues directly to support@quandri.io and include your CSM in that chain. Quandri Support is available for any questions regarding the product.
