How to Set Up a Team Signature
Quandri allows admins to configure a Team signature that any team member can apply to their personal email settings with a single click. This allows your entire team starts easily apply your on-brand signature, without having to build it from scratch.
How to configure theTeam signature (Admin only)
Only admins can create the Team signature. Admins set the team signature in the Configuration. It then becomes available to all users on the team.
- From the left-hand navigation, go to Configuration.
- Select the Team Signature tab.
- Build or paste your signature into the editor. You can include images, formatting, and contact details.

Click Save.

Important
When adding a Team logo to the team signature, make sure to upload the image directly. Copy and paste will not work.
How to apply the Team signature (User and Admins)
Once the Team signature has been configured by an admin, any user, including the admin, can apply it to their own email signature in a few steps.
- From the left-hand navigation, click Settings.
- Select the Signature tab.
- Click Apply Team Signature. The team signature — including any images and formatting — will paste directly into the editor.

Make any personal edits you need, then click Save.

Note
The team signature only applies to new emails opened or rewritten after you save. Drafts already open will keep the previous signature. Click Rewrite on any existing draft for the new signature to be applied.
FAQs
Is the team signature required?
No. It's a one-click shortcut to help your team get set up quickly; it's not enforced.
What happens if the team signature is updated later?
Users will need to reapply the team signature from their settings to get the latest version. Previously saved personal signatures are not updated automatically.
