Quandri Knowledge Hub
October 2025 Updates
This month’s updates focus on creating a more unified platform experience across all capabilities. We’ve updated parts of the interface to make navigating and managing policies more intuitive and user-friendly. Behind the scenes, we’ve made several enhancements to Policy Requoting to improve quote accuracy and ensure key coverage details are consistently captured. Together, these changes continue to strengthen the foundation for a seamless, all-in-one experience for brokers.
Enhancements 🌟
POLICY REQUOTING
Default field logic enhancements
Quandri’s logic has been updated to include default data points for certain underwriting fields when the policy data is not available. Some carriers require these fields to return a quote, even if they aren’t typically mandatory.
This enhancement helps ensure more markets return quotes without additional manual input. All defaulted values are clearly flagged in the quote note, so underwriting details can be easily reviewed and confirmed with the client.
CONNECT
New Policies page
The page previously called “Connect” is now labelled “Policies” to better reflect its purpose. This update lays the groundwork for bringing all platform capabilities together in one unified experience. This section will evolve into a central hub where brokers can view their quotes, policies, and manage email communications.
Please note that this is currently only available with Connect.
Personalized email signatures for every User
Email signatures are now managed at the User level. This means every team member can now go to their Settings to personalize their signature to include specific details such as phone number, calendar booking links, or contact information.

Fixes 🔧
RENEWAL REVIEWS
- Recent changes to the format of Wawanesa PDFs were causing some reviews to fail. This issue has now been resolved.
POLICY REQUOTING
- Auto policy claims were not always being entered into ARS. This has been fixed to ensure all available claims data is now consistently captured in ARS.
- Updates have been made to coverage codes to ensure optional coverages that were sometimes missing on auto quotes are now correctly included when present on the current policy. This improvement specifically applies to Accident Waiver and Emergency Roadside Assistance.
- Resolved an issue where physical damage coverages were not quoting correctly on certain policies, resulting in missing or incorrect deductibles.
- Fixed an issue where Policy Requoting did not include the 43 coverage within Intact’s PAK16 bundle.
- Addressed a bug that prevented the retiree discount from being consistently applied to eligible auto quotes.
