            This month marks an exciting milestone with the launch of the much-anticipated AI-powered Requoting! We’re also continuing to evolve toward a more unified platform experience across all capabilities, making it easier to manage every part of your personal lines renewal workflow in one place. Alongside these updates,  we’ve enhanced parts of the interface to make navigating policies more intuitive and user-friendly.

            Introducing AI-powered Requoting

            We’re thrilled to announce the launch of Requoting! With AI-powered requoting, your agents can save 30+ minutes on every personal lines requote. With instant quote results at their fingertips, agents can stay ahead of renewals and deliver proactive and informative client service.

            Key benefits for your agency:

            • Save time: Eliminate hours of manual data entry and carrier portal logins
            • Improve retention: Identify and requote at-risk clients before they start shopping their policy.

            Enhancements 🌟

            New Policies page

            The page previously called “Connect” is now labelled “Policies” to better reflect its purpose. This update lays the groundwork for bringing all platform capabilities together in one unified experience. This section will evolve into a central hub where brokers can view their quotes, policies, and manage email communications.
             

            Please note that this is currently only available with Requoting and/or Connect .

            Deeper carrier intelligence

            Quandri’s intelligence has been enhanced for Acuity and National General, meaning even more precise and accurate policy analysis.

            In case you missed it, Westfield and Windsor were also added last month.

             

            CONNECT

            Personalized email signatures for every User

            Email signatures are now managed at the User level. This means every team member can now go to their Settings to personalize their signature to include specific details such as phone number, calendar booking links, or contact information.

            Clearer, simpler policy statuses 

            Statuses have been shortened and colour-coded for quick recognition. The following changes have been made:

            Before Updated
            Action Required: Review Email  Review Email
            Completed: Sent Sent
            Completed: Skipped Skipped

            Search across all policies

            The search function now looks beyond the first page and scans all policies.

             

            Choose how many policies you see  

            You can now set how many policies display on each page, from a compact list of 5 policies to a scrolling list of up to 50 policies.
