High Volume Renewals Processing

For brokerages handling a high volume of renewals—over 125 renewal activities daily—it’s recommended to add additional Epic user licenses. This enables more renewal reviews to be processed simultaneously, ensuring renewals are completed promptly and without backlogs.
Implementation
- Create an additional user license within your broker management system (BMS), ensuring that they all are set up with the same permissions (see Account Requirements).
- Create a workgroup within your BMS and connect all of your 'Quandri users' to the workgroup.
- Update the assignment of activities to be directed to the workgroup (see Assigning Activities).
Completing this update will increase the processing speed of renewal reviews in direct proportion to the number of additional user accounts added. Additional accounts may only be needed seasonally, as renewal volumes typically peak during the spring and summer months.
